Our friend Thomas Kellenberger, with whom we worked extensively on various projects re-building houses in Ormoc in the Yolanda aftermath, various food drives in Mindanao and others embarked on a very unusual project.

He is walking from Wilderswil/Switzerland to Cagayan de Oro/Philippines, some 15000 km. At his start on 25th August 2021 also the Philippine Ambassador in Switzerland, HE Denis Lepatan was among the well-wishers.

He will be monitored online by a swiss based support team where also health and political risks are constantly evaluated.
