Some  call it the “Addict Church” Founded by American Pastor Christian Wilson and his family who have been in the Philippines to serve the mission to spread the good news-Through VICTORY OUTREACH SAN PEDRO. The mother church is in Hayward California.

“Only donations in kind are accepted and thus we brought rice and toiletries for some 35 patients (27 males and 8 females)” Ms Marlene, the Project Manager of NACSEARelief said.
