Today we conducted a site visit to the school building project at Sitio Amontay. Due to the condition of the dirt road, the team had to travel by habal-habal to reach the site.
We are happy to report that the three classrooms are already standing! The construction team is currently installing the structural beams, which are expected to be completed within the next two days. After that, work will continue with the installation of the roof trusses in preparation for roofing.
During the visit, we also had the opportunity to meet with the school’s teaching staff. Everyone was very happy and excited about the progress of the project and is looking forward to soon having new classrooms for their learners as well as a facul…
