7. December 2025. Mme Carmen Danilos is a philanthropist from Naga in the Bicol region, a German national and recipient of the order of the cross from the Federal Republic of Germany. Our contact dates back to  2016 (see post in this link NACSEARelief is expanding its territory of activity to the Bicol region | The NAC SEA Relief Fund ) She leads various projects especially also benefitting the Agpa tribe in Tiagon. 
 
Recent typhoons have again brought suffering to the underprivileged and marginalized population of the Bicol Region. NACSEARelief reached out and supported her endeavours distributing rice to the needy. We contributed 5kg rice packages to 100 families. A little bit of Christmas hope.
